Research of the process of formation of gas-powder stream at realization of «Rapid Prototyping» technology

A procedure has been developed for calculating the optimal geometry of the angles of the generators of a coaxial nozzle, which allows controlling the shape and transverse concentration of the powder in the laser processing zone. The essence of this technique is to determine the three optimal angles forming the nozzle, which allow you to adjust the dispersed composition of the powder mixture in the zone of focused laser radiation. The calculation was carried out using the Euler method.
